BAGUIO CITY — Seven people were rushed to a hospital as rescuers continued searching for other passengers of an elf truck that plunged down a steep slope along the Talubin-Barlig Road in Mountain Province capital town Bontoc, on Tuesday. The truck was reportedly transporting 27 passengers when it skidded off the road along Sitio Jakap,
